Funeral Potatoes

Husband absolutely loved these and my super picky eater gave them a chance

I added diced onions, garlic powder and paprika. I would probably add more paprika the next time. 2 tsp would probably do the trick.

Potatoes were a little crunchy after cooking quite a bit longer. May precook them next time.

Used 2 pounds of southern hash browns, because it seemed too saucy, and it came out great. Maybe next time I'll use less butter in the corn flakes, it was a bit much.

This is a must have in our house!
