Instructions

Step 1
Remove one sheet of the frozen puff pastry pack.
Step 2
Keep it as it is, then cover with a clean and dry paper towel that will completely cover the puff pastry.
Step 3
Place the wrapped pastry sheet on a microwavable plate and set for 15 seconds.
Step 4
Unfold the puff pastry, keeping the paper towel under it. Then, run the microwave for another 15 seconds. (Refer to photos in notes below)
Step 5
The pastry should be softer and ready to work with. It will loosen up once it is on your counter. Run the microwave for 5 seconds at a time if the dough is slightly frozen. DO not over thaw or else the pastry will become too loose to work with.
Step 6
Flip the ready pastry onto a clean and floured surface, remove the wrappers and paper towel. It is ready to use!
