This was really easy! I used dried cranberries as my fruit, added about 1/2 teaspoon of real vanilla extract at the end after it had cooked and added about 1/2 teaspoon more of cinnamon. I have to admit, without these additions the granola was bland! I think I'll add a bit more honey next time too. I do not want a sugary granola but at the same time I want to taste something! I'm looking forward to digging in and making this again. Try it!
