Apple Cheddar Soup

This was just okay. Not horrible but needs adjustment. The finally product was very apple forward but way too sweet. I think it came from the apple cider more than the apple itself. If I tried making this again I would replace the apple cider with more broth so it wasn’t so sweet. Unfortunately the cheese didn’t come through for me either. I left out the chili powder.
