I'm super excited! Yesterday, I made this Creamy Chicken w/ tri coloured quinoa in the Instant Pot!
It was super easy to prep & make!
The results are incredible!
My intent is for my L's school lunches this week. So I'll boil hot water for his Thermos & warm up his serving while I make my coffee in the mornings.
I am pleasantly surprised how well this turned out! It's the perfect comfort food.
I did some experimenting. I had two cans of flaked chicken to use. I also had frozen "soup" veg & about a cup of leftover hollandaise sauce. ( This was used in the final step after quick release & it's a substitute for the sour cream).
*I will try actual chicken breast next time but chicken wasn't on sale at the time- & I intended this canned chicken for another recipe.
