Air Fried Hasselback Potatoes

i’m totally gonna try this with sweet potatoes! I did this with with small golden Yukon potatoes. I also sprayed the inside with a little bit of avocado oil my bacon inside I put a little cheese on top for baking but honestly, I think at the end you might have better luck, adding that for the air fryer. I end up adding more.. also, I used uncooked bacon and slid them between the slices of potato. The juice is flavored the potato nicely.
