Serrano Ham and Butternut Linguine with Tenderstem® Broccoli and Creme Fraiche

I used sweet potato instead of butternut squash just because it’s what I had in the cupboard! To make this as a quick, cheap and easy meal in the future I think I will just add in the broccoli and ham with the pasta and it’s sauce - it’s basically a carbonara !
