Instructions
Step 1
1. Cut the garlic, onion, chorizo, bell pepper, cherry tomatoes and sundried tomatoes in small pieces.

2. Fry the onion and garlic for 1 minutes. Place them on half of the pan. Add the halloumi to the other half of the pan and fry till golden brown.
Step 3
3. Take out the halloumi. Cut half of it in small pieces.
Step 4
4. Add the chorizo the onion and garlic. Fry till crispy.
Step 5
5. Add back in the small pieces of halloumi together with the bell pepper and cherry tomatoes. Fry for 5-8 minutes.
Step 6
6. Add the sundried tomatoes, crème fraiche, tomato paste, oregano, salt and pepper. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes or until the tomatoes are soft.
Step 7
7. In the meantime, bring water to the boil and cook the pasta.
Step 8
8. Add the pasta to the sauce. Serve with the leftover halloumi on top.
