Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheets with parchment paper
Step 2
In a bowl whisk together melted butter, egg, monk fruit sweetener & vanilla
Step 3
In a separate bowl combine the almond flour and baking soda
Step 4
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and combine well
Step 5
Roll about 2 tbsp of dough into balls, place on baking sheet & press down a bit
Step 6
Bake for 8-10 minutes then immediately place on cooling rack
Step 7
If adding chocolate drizzle: heat coconut oil and chocolate chips in microwave or small stovetop pot until fully combined, drizzle over cooled cookies
