White Chocolate Cheesecake

Nigella a goddess. I love this recipe. Made it especially for my boyfriend who is a huge fan of cheesecake. We couldn't wait overnight for it to set, so we went for it after 6-7 hours in the low shelf in the fridge - it had set beautifully! Amazing taste, but my base stuck to the bottom of the tin a bit...did I miss a step? Either way - fantastic - and will definitely make again!

Very easy to make. Will use the base ratios when making different flavours because it was just right. Not too solid or crumbly. I added crushed raspberries with icing sugar for decoration. (Strained out the seeds) **Discovered bars of Terry's white orange chocolate so used it this time. Yummy.
