I put a little less cheese in my husband’s (pictured). It was really good. I however have farm fresh eggs and our own raised pork sausage. The instructions don’t tell you when to add taco seasoning unless it’s in the long part of it. I always jump to recipe and just read that one. Read it several times and never said where to add it. I added it to the sausage egg mixture. But very light as my sausage is already seasoned. I also used cheddar cheese. I’m very spice sensitive so I always do any very light handed the first time. I think next time I will use taco blend cheese and hold off on adding any taco seasoning as that has some in it. But overall I really like it. Very easy to modify for individual tastes and number of people making them for. Will definitely make again. Also now I have Crunchwrap skills so I’ll be making my own crunchwraps in other ways too.
