I doubled the recipe and added 2 cans of beans: black and small white. If not for the beans, this would be soup!! Also, I did not add tortilla chips until I served it.

Added 4 oz cream cheese after it was done cooking. Amazing and the leftovers were even better!!

Flavor was delicious. Didn't add the tortilla to the soup so it didn't have anything binding it, but it was still really good. I didn't have any, but avocados would go well with this dish.
