This is a bit more decadent than your typical pepperoni pizza - but the burrata is reallllly good on it. This recipe is for two pizzas, so I usually halve it (I like more pizza variety). The arugula on top is important - it adds a freshness that's appreciated with the heavy creamy burrata (and deliciously greasy pepperoni)
