2 cupschopped pecans
2 cupsdried apples
coarsely chopped
1 cuppumpkin seeds
¼ cupunsweetened shredded coconut
¼ cupsunflower seeds
¼ cupground flax meal
¼ cupcoconut sugar
⅓ cupcinnamon applesauce
¼ cupghee
¼ cupagave nectar
honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoonground cinnamon
½ teaspoonground ginger
½ teaspoonsalt
¼ teaspoonallspice
¼ teaspoonground nutmeg
¼ teaspoonground cloves
¼ teaspooncardamom
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F.
Step 2
Place the pecans, dried apples, pumpkin seeds, shredded coconut, sunflower seeds, flax meal, coconut sugar, applesauce, ghee, agave nectar, cinnamon, ginger, salt, allspice, nutmeg, cloves, cardamom.
Step 3
Use a rubber spatula to fold all the ingredients together until nice and combined.
Step 4
Transfer the granola to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 5
Spread out evenly, though it’s ok if they clump together but you want it in a pretty even layer.
Step 6
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
Step 7
Turn off the oven and crack the door.
Step 8
Allow the granola to cool in the oven for about 1 hour.
Step 9
Transfer to a container and store at room temp until ready to eat.
