Made this yesterday for a quick dinner and boy am I glad I did!! French onion soup is one of those foods that you either love or hate; luckily I love it and as a French Onion Soup Lover, I was excited to try this recipe out. It turned out so good and the flavor was so delicious!! The chicken was a bit dry but I'm pretty sure it was because I let it cook an extra 5 mins, but even so, with the soup juices that was easily remedied by just pouring a little bit of the broth over the chicken on the plate. I gave this recipe a 5/5 stars and I will definitely be adding this to my go-to recipe collection!
