Cheesy Courgette and Potato Cakes

Just mix all the ingredients together and put a heaping tablespoon on the pan. Did not like the sauce ... Too turmericy for me, but it would be perfect with more nutritional yeast/garlic and no turmeric. An air fryer would make this perfect. I'm almost willing to buy an air fryer just for this recipe.

Very filling.

Courgettes are zucchini.
