Easy Greek Chicken Meatballs with Lemon Orzo

The lemon zest made the orzo bright and the meatballs were very good with the feta. Overall, we will make this againa nd again.

Yes I agree, the addition of panko really helps the meatball keep its form. Other than that, I followed the recipe. A quick and simple, yet very flavorful and satisfying recipe! Thank you! I served it with a fresh Mediterranean cucumber side salad! Would've snapped a pic of the whole plate, but only remembered after I'd already eaten most of it lol.

Added some panko to the meatballs to help them keep their shape a bit better but it was outstanding

Not sure if I did something wrong, but the texture was very wet and it would've been better to do patties than meatballs, I think. Taste great, though!

Meatballs didn't stay together

One of our go-to weeknight meals. So good!! Also great with ground turkey.

Absolutely amazing. Used ground chicken for the meatball and so juicy. Added a bit extra chicken broth to keep from drying out.
