The family loved it, would ask for it again. There was a bit too much pastry on the corners and edges so I would spread the filling out wider before folding. 15min baking time worked best for me. Easy to prep, quick to make and goes great with a green salad.

Only needed 15 minutes in oven at 200 degrees fan assisted. To make it quicker - cook frozen spinach to avoid needing to trim.
