Greek meatballs
1 lbground turkey
¼ cuppanko breadcrumbs
¼ cupred onion
chopped
¼ cupfeta cheese
3garlic cloves
minced
1egg
2 tspdried oregano
1 tspdried dill
½ tspground cumin
½ tspsalt
¼ tspblack pepper
Tzatziki sauce
Instructions
To prepare meatballs
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper (or spray a baking dish with cooking spray).

Add your meatball ingredients to a large bowl and mix them together with your hands
Step 3
Form the mixture into 1 inch balls and place the balls on your prepared baking sheet
Step 4
Place meatballs in the oven and bake for 15-20 mins

Alternatively, you can brown the meatballs in a saute pan before baking them; if browning them first, check the meatballs at around 13 minutes to see it they're done, they may cook faster

To prepare tzatziki
Step 6
Grate the cucumber by hand on a box grater
Step 7
Squeeze the cucumber with your hands to remove a lot (not all) of the liquid
Step 8
Place in a medium bowl and stir in yogurt, sour cream, lemon juice, vinegar, dill, garlic, 2 teaspoons salt, and ½ teaspoon pepper
