Ingredients: 1 large onion, finely chopped; 500 gr. / 17,5 oz. beef mince; 3 cloves garlic, chopped; 1 stick cinnamon; 2 tins of chopped tomatoes; 4 medium eggplants, cut into 1 cm / ½ inch slices; 1 spoon oregano; 1 cup of red wine; Olive oil; Salt and freshly ground black pepper; 100 gr. / 3,5 oz. kefalotiri cheese, grated (or parmesan if you can’t find this Greek cheese)
