This soup is a throwback to my Nanna's house when I was kid, to the Habitant Minestrone soup. ( If you're Canadian, then ykyk!)
My son gobbled this up & said it was the best soup I've ever made! 🥹 That's great because there's at least 8 veggies in a bowl & this recipe makes heaps!

Replaced potato with frozen butternut squash. ( cleaned out freezer)
Alphabet pasta wasn't available-used mini ninja stars!🌟🤩⭐️
Use frozen "soup mix" w/ onion, carrots, celery, green beans & turnip.👍👍
