Slow-roast pork with cauliflower cheese dauphinoise

Made an apple sauce with Granny Smith apples and a tablespoon of honey. Sliced potatoes and fried in rosemary and garlic olive oil before adding to pork loin in oven. Didn't bother with the gravy as was making mid week and with the loin. Cheese sauce made with semi skimmed milk rather than cream. Very tasty and would maybe make again for a dinner party.
