I made my meatballs into subs and everyone loved them! I did make a few tweaks which I think added a lot more depth of flavour. I used onion powder instead of onion, added oregano, and instead of Worcestershire I added a few teaspoons of "better than bullion" beef bullion which, while it looks like vegemite, tastes incredible and added an extra beefy, moist flavour to the meatballs. I would honestly make these once a week
