½ cupmilk

2cloves garlic

2 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1 tspsalt

½ tspblack pepper

1 tspdried thyme
or Italian seasoning

¼ cupketchup

2 Tbspbrown sugar

1 Tbspapple cider vinegar

1 tspmustard
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the Meat Blend:
Turn the oven on to 375°F, or 190°C. Ground beef, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, onion, egg, milk, salt, pepper, and thyme should all be combined in a big bowl. Don't overmix; it will become dense.
Step 2
Form & Bake:
Spoon the ingredients onto a baking sheet or into a loaf in a loaf pan that has been oiled. Cover and bake for 40 minutes.
Step 3
Add the Glaze:
In a small bowl, combine mustard, vinegar, brown sugar, and ketchup. Spread the glaze over the meatloaf after 40 minutes, then bake it for another 10 to 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
Step 4
Rest and Serve:
To keep it juicy, let it rest for ten minutes before slicing.
