Husband and picky 4 year old loved it. My husband and I agreed that the leftovers were even better. I did add some basic seasoning to the ground beef and I used a mix of Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese.

Definitely season the ground beef with salt, pepper and garlic. I also added fresh onion and pickles!
