Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.

Begin by making the crust. Combine the flour, sugar, and salt in a large bowl. Add the butter and mix until the dough comes together.

Press the dough into the prepared pan, making sure to spread it evenly and into the corners. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until slightly golden.

While the crust is baking, prepare the lemon filling. Whisk together the sugar and flour in a bowl. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the lemon zest and juice.

Once the crust is ready, reduce the oven temperature to 325°F (165°C). Pour the lemon filling over the hot crust.

Bake for another 20 minutes, or until the filling is set. Let it cool in the pan on a wire rack.
Step 7
Once cooled, dust the top with powdered sugar and cut into squares.
