low-fodmap

¼ cupwhite vinegar
warmed to about 100 degrees f

6 tbbutter
or vegan margarine for dairy - free, vegan version, melted and slightly cooled

3 tspsalt

6 cupsgluten-free flour
low - fodmap, i use, gf classical blend, plus more for dusting

3 tspxanthan gum
if not added to your flour choice
