Cowboy Salad

Definitely cut dressing recipe in half. Added ground beef and small pasta shells to make a meal.

Overall good, would definitely make a half recipe of the dressing next time. It was rich and there was sooo much. We used beans cooked from dry (with broth) and grilled corn and I think these were excellent moves.

Tasty, but way too much dressing. I would probably halve the dressing, and expect it would still be pretty rich.
