Step 1
Shred the imitation crab.
Step 2
Julienne the cucumbers. You can omit the seeds if you want.
Step 3
Slice the avocado.
Step 4
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayo, eel sauce, sriracha, and rice vinegar.

Mix until the sauce is creamy and fully incorporated.
Step 6
In a large salad bowl, combine the shredded imitation crab and julienned cucumber with the sauce. Toss gently until everything is evenly coated with the dressing.
