Yes, I know foil is not papillote, but if that's what Jacques Pepin calls this, it's good enough for me! I saw a video of JP making this recipe for the oven, and realized I could adapt it for the air fryer. I give his version at the end of the recipe, but post how I did it. Clearly this is a recipe you can adapt to use whatever ingredients you have handy.
