Instructions
Step 1
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and green chili and sauté until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Cover the skillet and let the vegetables cook for 8-10 minutes or until the potatoes and carrots are tender and lightly browned.

While the vegetables are cooking, cook the hot dogs according to package instructions.

Once the vegetables are cooked, serve them alongside the hot dogs.
