Instructions
Step 1
Cut Yukon gold potatoes into 1 inch pieces.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix them with green beans.
Step 3
Drizzle with olive oil and Lipton onion soup mix.
Step 4
Spread onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
Step 5
Slice sausage and put those on top.
Step 6
Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
Step 7
Take it out and stir it then bake for another 15-20 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
