Instructions

Step 1
Mix all the ingredients together.
Step 2
Cut the tomato and mozzarella in slices.
Step 3
Heat up the waffle iron and add 1 tbsp of the waffle batter. Place a slice of mozzarella, tomato and a tsp pesto in the center and add ½ tbsp of the batter on top to close the waffle.
Step 4
Bake the waffles for around 5 minutes.
