Hazelnut Granola Breakfast Bars

These are wonderfully dense bars. They're naturally sweetened with dates and made with whole food ingredients. Make them ahead of time to enjoy as a mid-day snack, or have them for breakfast on-the-go with some plant-based yogurt and/or fruit to make it a complete meal. The bars are quite dense on their own, so we found they pair especially well with something creamy - try crumbling them over yogurt or a smoothie for a satisfying contrast in texture.
