Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the air fryer to 400F.
Step 2
Cut the bottoms off the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half lengthwise.
Step 3
Place the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the air fryer tray or basket.

Spray the Brussels with avocado oil spray and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Air fry for 15 minutes, switching the trays or tossing the Brussels halfway through.
Step 6
If desired, whisk together the dijon and agave nectar.

When the Brussels are done frying, drizzle with the mustard glaze.
