TEQUILA LEMON JELLY

Instructions
Step 1
Cut your 6 lemons in half (lengthways) and remove the pulp with the help of a knife and spoon.
Step 2
In the meantime, slice your 2 remaining lemons.
Step 3
In a pot, add water and your lemon slices and bring to a boil. Let it boil for about 5 mins then remove the lemon slices.
Step 4
Add your powder gelatine (or agar agar) and mix for a minute to dissolve it completely.
Step 5
Turn the heat off, and let the liquid cool down for a couple of mins.
Step 6
Add your tequila and give it a nice mix.
Step 7
Pour the liquid back into your empty lemons and rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Step 8
Serve with some salt. Cin cin!
