Under 30 minutes

Didn’t have crème fraiche so I substituted some vegan whipped cream alternative. I didn’t have baby spinach so I subbed in some arugula and baby kale. I added some fresh dill for additional flavour.

Spinach really cooks down so don’t think it’s too much. I used legume spaghetti which works well. Could maybe add peas to up the veg. I also used kefir iso crème fraîche.
