Special occasion

Very good. Use ripe bananas and reduce bake time by 5-8 minutes. Rum sauce is very rummy and never thickened properly. Next time, I will add corn starch (a tsp.). I used 5 bananas. Would be great for a holiday. Not overly sweet, I may increase sugar to 1/2 C packed. I did not pack the sugar as the recipe did not instruct it.
