Soft and Chewy Sugar Cookies

Very soft and delicious. I didn't have time to let the butter soften, so I melted it in the microwave and thought I was likely going to ruin them, but they still turned out amazing! I put a drizzle of leftover fondue chocolate on top.

Shoved some Halloween sprinkles in and made delicious cookies. Don't mind that all black one, that's the mutant every-sprinkle cookie

350 for 11 mins Zest of one lemon Juice of 1/2 lemon

Loved it. I did an icing of fresh orange juice and powdered sugar. So soft and perfect.

I made them a little smaller and they still turned out great!

Makes a great sugar cookie....definitely better than the store mixes, but NOT as good as my mother-in-laws that we used to get at Christmas time. Made this for my daughter birthday, as she isn't a cake fan....but she loves this mix as one huge cookie with white chocolate chips and sprinkles mixed in. We made cookies as well for other family members. I usually make smaller cookies, HOWEVER I do not recommend going smaller with this recipe as they don't turn out as good. The larger as the recipe calls for is way better!

Absolutely delicious. Will said this was the best sugar cookie he's ever had.
