Instructions

Step 1
With an immersion blender, blend the aquafaba, dash of salt, and mustard until very frothy
Step 2
Slowly start adding the oil, around 2 tablespoons at a time, while blending. Keep doing this until it is very thick, mayo consistency
Step 3
Store in the fridge and enjoy!
