Instructions

Step 1
Cut dates in half on a cutting board.
Step 2
Fill each date will 1 tsp of almond butter and close date.
Step 3
Melt chocolate chips in a small bowl lined with parchment paper in the microwave. Microwave for 2-3 minutes, stopping every minute to stir.
Step 4
Coat each date in a thin layer of chocolate. Place on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
Step 5
Move the cookie sheet to the freezer and lay flat for 1 hour.
Step 6
Enjoy right away or move to air tight container for storage in the freezer.
