Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Step 2
First make the flax “egg” by combining flaxseed meal with water in a small cup or bowl and let sit for 5 minutes
Step 3
Put oats, baking powder, flax egg, cashew butter, maple syrup, vanilla and milk into a blender and blend until smooth consistency. Fold in the chocolate chips
Step 4
Pour into a greased oven-safe bowl and bake for 20-22 minutes
Step 5
Remove from oven and top with marshmallows, then place until broiler for 2 minutes
Step 6
Top with crushed graham cracker and enjoy!
