Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Step 2
Coat oven-safe (cast iron) pan with 1-2 tablespoons olive oil. Place frozen meatballs in pan and give a little toss so they get coated in oil

Bake for 25 minutes, tossing midway
Step 4
Place cooked meatballs in a separate bowl, then heat the same pan to medium with another tablespoon of olive oil
Step 5
Cook the garlic for 2 minutes, then add the gnocchi. Season with salt and pepper
Step 6
Cook gnocchi for 5-6 minutes, tossing frequently, until slightly brown and crispy on the outside
Step 7
Add marinara sauce and milk, stir to combine, then add meatballs back to the pan
Step 8
Let simmer 3-4 minutes for sauce to thicken
Step 9
Sprinkle on cheese, turn off heat, and cover so the cheese melts
Step 10
Garnish with fresh basil or parsley
