Excellent - a hit! My 2 year old had almost an entire chicken breast and three helpings of pasta with the sauce. I doubled the sauce ingredients - used a cup of chicken broth, 2tbsp butter, and cut a lot of the fat off the bacon as I was chopping it. I still rendered 2tbsp of fat for the sauce. Instead of cream I used a can of unsweetened coconut milk.
