Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven at 180°C.
Step 2
Mix together the butter, agave sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
Step 3
Stir in the all purpose flour, oat flour, baking soda, salt, cornstarch and matcha. Knead it well.
Step 4
Stir in the white chocolate chips.
Step 5
With an ice scoop, scoop balls out of the dough and place it on a baking tray. Flatten the cookies with your fingers.
Step 6
Bake for 6-8 minutes. Leave them on the baking tray for 10 minutes. Don't put the cookies in the oven for too long, otherwise they will be too dry.
