This tasted good and absolutely loved the sauce recipe to go with it, would make the sauce for other dishes as well. However, I unfortunately couldn't get the potatoes crispy because the potatoes stuck to the pan I was using. Not particularly the fault of the recipe but rather me trying to use a crappy pan.
