Step 1
In a medium bowl mash 2 Hass avocados and 2 oz cream cheese ( at room temperature).
Step 2
Once whipped add the finely chopped chives, you can use kitchen scissors, black pepper and salt if needed.
Step 3
Slice the cucumbers and set aside, then cut the mini peppers in half, remove the inside seeds and stem using a knife.
Step 4
Now begin to fill the gutted mini peppers with the whipped avocado cream cheese. Top the sliced cucumbers as well. Sprinkle a generous amount of everything, but the bagel seasoning on top. Enjoy!
