Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6. Put all the ingredients except the Parmesan on a large roasting tray. Toss until evenly coated.
Step 2
Sprinkle the Parmesan over the cauliflower.
Step 3
Roast in the oven for 25-30 mins until the cheese is golden and crisp and the cauliflower is slightly charred at the edges.
Step 4
Serve these bites as a snack - they’re perfect with a cold beer or ginger ale. They also makes a fantastic party canapé - serve with tomato salsa on the side for dipping.
