Grilled Pineapple Chicken with Hawaiian BBQ Marinade
Instructions
Prep:40minCook:15min
We make this on repeat all grilling season. The marinade is basically a cleaned-up Hawaiian BBQ sauce: dates instead of sugar, coconut aminos instead of soy, smoked paprika for depth. Thighs or breasts both work. No grill? The cast iron pan or the oven work too.
