Jalapeno Popper Sandwich

Thick fresh baked Italian bread worked well with it. I’ll double the jalapeños next time.

We used pickled jalapenos and just chopped them and mixed them into the cheese. It was amazing!

Was really good but took an hour to make 4 sandwiches.

I omitted the bacon from mine but added to my hubby's sandwich. He said it was good and mine was great with just the stuffed Jalapeño. I added sliced tomato and mayo to mine as well. It was delicious!

I added onion powder and garlic powder in the cream cheese mixture and shredded Monterey Jack over the jalapeño after I removed it from the oven and then topped the jalapeños with green onions. I also used pepper jack sliced, sharp cheddar slices instead. I did not use cilantro

These were super good and the poppers definitely clear your sinuses if you need it 😂. I used regular bread cause I couldn't find French bread and it turned out great.

i like this a lot! super indulgent. i prefer it without the bacon
